Reflection
Set A: Anger
You reflect after your emotion has been on the brink of exploration.
Set B: when, where, who, why, how, what
Draw a concrete and detailed picture of an incident
When Set A meets Set B, you should be able to reflect, based on what really pissed you off earlier, and the same problem, ideally speaking, will be solved and never occur again.
Like all the experiments we have done in the laboratory, you have to practise the same process repeatedly until the perfect outcome becomes consistent, rather than a once in a while miracle.
But sorry, I am still in the practising stage so I didn't get the perfect outcome (peace in the family). One outcome is pretty obvious as I was too angry last night. I didn't dry my hair and went straight to bed. I had a sore throat.
